A lot of businesses, and I mean new business has closed that, due to so many mistakes and errors in the business. Many people just go into business thinking that, my friend’s doing, my neighbor and they are making it, so also I will.

While that’s a do good mindset, if you based the business on just this fact, then you have already failed even before starting the business. They have this mind that, it’s just business, it will be easy to run.

But let me make it clear, it’s just not business, and it is not as easy as it looks. A successful business is a business built with strategy and not just assumptions. 1. Not Being Focused:

If you don’t set your business goals and objectives, you are no different from a mean shark with no teeth. If you starting big, and need employees, make sure all of them are briefed on your business goals and objectives.

2. Lack Of Testing:

The fact that, this particular strategy worked for some, doesn’t mean it’ll work for all or even you. And this can lead to many problems. Not testing your sales copy, the places you advertise with, and where you run your campaign, you will be losing sales.

You can also run a split testing. It is very simple to do but many businesses neglect this. Failure in doing this, often results in a lot of wasted time and effort. If you do not test your ad copy and marketing promotions you will not have a proper idea of the ads and promotions that are pulling and what is not working. I have also seen businesses overlooking customer analysis. It is important for any business to do their marketing analysis so that you can target your market and maximize your sales.
