Bizpremi’s Diversity And Inclusion Policy
BizPremi was built on the belief that good business and financial knowledge should reach everyone — not just people in wealthy countries, not just men, not just people who already have money and connections. That belief shapes how we write, what we cover, and who we write for.
Who we write for
Our readers come from different countries, different economic backgrounds, and different stages of life. Some are just starting out. Others are rebuilding after setbacks. Ans yes, we have those that are experienced professionals looking for a sharper edge. We write for all of them equally. We do not write exclusively for a narrow slice of people who already have everything figured out.
How we approach our content
We make a conscious effort to cover topics that are relevant across different contexts — not just the American or European business experience, but the realities of doing business and managing money in Nigeria and across Africa as well. Business advice that only works if you have access to Silicon Valley venture capital is not useful to most of our readers. We try to keep our content grounded in real, accessible situations.
We avoid language that excludes, demeans, or stereotypes any group of people based on gender, ethnicity, nationality, religion, age, disability, or economic background. If a piece of content on BizPremi ever crosses that line, we want to hear about it.
Behind the publication
Although, BizPremi is founded and led by Adegbola Valentine, a Nigerian entrepreneur building a publication with a genuinely global perspective. Alongside publishing partner is also Kingsley Neji of SportPremi, popularly known as Starlyon a sports writer and Mass Communication graduate of the University of Cross River State, who covers Nigerian and global football with a focus on data-driven analysis and in-depth match reporting.
BizPremi is part of a growing independent media network committed to bringing reliable, practical content to readers across Africa and beyond.
As the team continues to grow, we are intentional about bringing in voices and contributors from diverse backgrounds. Why? because a publication that only reflects one experience has a ceiling, and we have no interest in that ceiling.
However, We are not perfect. But we are intentional. And we will keep working at it.
