For an example, Let’s take a coffee shop for a case study. As the name sounds, Coffee Shop. We already know it’s coffee and nothing more. That’s knowing the business model. Which leaves us to the second part. Experiencing the business itself.
Now I walk in into the coffee shop, I make an order, I get served, and I take my order. I can look around, even ask questions from one of the employee’s. Hello, I noticed you don’t have websites.
